RETAIL and MARKETING STRATEGY

Emphasizing on the motto ‘Customer is our Paymaster’, we provide professional ‘hands on’ training to all our carefully chosen staff and grind them ‘through the mill’ before they are dispatched to the service counter.

Conducting periodic lessons to impart creativity and value-added concept is part of our staff educational curriculum, for example:

  1. Fountains- These can be customized and landscaped with foliage, miniature houses, mini-animals, birds, semi-precious rocks, river stones, marbles etc.
  2. Gift Wrapping Services- With so many raw materials on hand, we use them as special accents to accessorise gift boxes with our personalised services.
  3. Floral Service- Not just a bunch of flowers but creative arrangements harmonised with earthly materials making an eye-catching display for any special occasion. We have our in-house floral designers and trained florists who provide not only fresh and dried arrangements plus a good variety of artificial floral arrangements for official openings, house warming, wedding and anniversaries. Our stores are also well catered for occasions like Mother’s Day, Teacher’s Day and Valentine’s Day as we normally have new items and specially created settings for such special days.

We carry a diversified range of products according to season and continually upgrade and change our products because our company is backed up by a reputed list of young designers, suppliers and manufacturers - all of whom have worked with us for the last 5- 8 years. The varying styles and designs of products displayed provide welcome freshness and ambience to our regular clientele who drop in often at our outlets to find out what’s new.

We plan to develop a larger clientele database with our VIP card programme by constantly reminding new customers about this programme and its benefits. We also strive to send out promotional leaflets every now and then and birthday greetings to this special group of people.  We also take part in various promotions with credit card companies tied together with the shopping malls that we are in.

We are therefore a fully integrated arts and crafts nature store and have become a household name among our regular shoppers, house-proud owners and discerning customers.

As a unique store, we have always maintained ourselves as a forerunner in the gift market, bringing in new ideas and interesting products all the time.
