Exceptions
- Exim Arts VIP and online members will enjoy free delivery for order more than $50 and above. $10 delivery charge would apply for order less than $50.
- Non-members, a $15 delivery charge would apply for order less than $75.
- Surcharge of S$15 is chargeable for all deliveries requested on outside of delivery days and time stated above.
- No Express Service is available.
- No Delivery to Sentosa, and all restricted compounds such as all army camps, all PSA ports and ferry points, Jurong Island, Airport Cargo Complex and Terminals.
- Re-delivery due to wrong address or non-availability of recipient , a $15 surcharge will be added for re-delivery on the same day.
- Exim Arts, at its option will replace or refund the purchase price of the order if the product or service is found to be defective in terms of workmanship or quality. All delivery complaints must be made within 24 hours from the time of delivery for full replacement or refund of the purchase price of the order.
